Your current contact information, copy of the original loan/lease contract, insurance settlement documentation (including police report if theft or vandalism occurred), loan number and lender/lessor contact information.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE COLLISION, VANDALISM, AND THEFT INSURANCE ON YOUR VEHICLE, WESTERN GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY MUST BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO INSPECT THE DAMAGED VEHICLE (OTHER THAN IF IT IS STOLEN AND UNRECOVERED).
YOUR FAILURE TO EXHIBIT THE VEHICLE FOR INSPECTION SHALL RESULT IN THE DENIAL OF GAP BENEFITS.
